Following the recent release of the remit letter indicating a less restrictive approach to Civil Service Pay, NCOA has subsequently been contacted by the NCARRB.
It is disappointing to report that the 9th October deadline for written submissions has been removed from the calendar. A year has now passed since our original submission date was suspended.
NCOA will, therefore, be pressing all relevant parties to commence NCARRB discussions as soon as possible.
