The NCOA collects and uses some information that has been provided by you, during your membership of the union. The information you supply to us is stored securely and can only be accessed by those with the authority to do so.

Your information is only shared with those third parties that you wish us to share on your behalf. On the 25th May, there were changes to the storage and access to data in line with the 2018 GDPR regulations and in order to comply with those regulations we have updated and published NCOA Privacy Policy.

Your Information & Privacy

We have written our policy to make it clear and easy to understand how we collect and use your personal information. We have also included a section on how you can access and amend the data that is held.

We will only retain your personal data for as long as required to deliver our services and operate under legal and regulatory obligations we are subject to.
