Malware Update Message to Members
On Monday we reported that we had shut our computer network and servers down, in response to a malware attack on our systems. At the point of reporting, our engineers had already spent the weekend working hard to establish the full extent of the issue.
By Monday afternoon, the team had identified and isolated the root cause.
Having done so, all aspects of our IT infrastructure were cleansed and interrogated for damage and potential loss of data. After a series of lengthy and detailed checks, our systems were safely restored back to normal operating status. We are also able to reassure you that our IT engineers found no evidence whatsoever of any loss of data.
We thank you for your patience at this time whilst we worked swiftly to get back to business as usual.
