In order to provide a representative position at the time of the NCARRB oral hearing, the NCOA commissioned a Pay and Morale survey which ran between the 1st and 12th November 2017.
The survey was sent to all of our membership below the Senior Civil Service Grades, to officers with and without Operational Powers. Over 1000 contributors took part in the survey which included 6 questions and the ability to add free text comments whilst progressing through the survey.
Although a more detailed breakdown will be provided to our membership in due course, a summary of the survey is produced now as part of our submission.
