This week the NCOA will be engaging with HR in respect of the transfer terms which will be made available to certain members within the BPC and PECU. We are fully aware of the issues of concern and the complexities surrounding the existing contractual arrangements for these members and we will be working hard to ensure that the best possible terms are made available to members which would allow them to transfer onto a NCA contract.
