The NCA Remuneration Review Body has now forwarded the Home Secretary’s Remit Letter for the 2022/23 pay round. The remit letter is published on GOV.UK at: https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/national-crime-agency-remuneration-and-review-body-remit-2022-to-2023.
The content of this remit letter is unsurprising as the HM Chancellors 2021 Sending Review did not deliver any substantial increase to the NCA pay budget.
NCOA Members can feel assured that their Trade Union will make the case for real terms pay increases for all its members especially in light of looming cost of living rises.
