I encourage all NCOA members to read this submission which is both a candid assessment of the lack of progress in achieving NCA Pay Reform as well as our assessment of the challenges ahead, including those associated with Police Reform.
The recommendations made by the NCOA, if adopted would be a step forward in achieving fair financial recognition of the roles undertaken by our members in combating serious and organised crime. The NCOA are due to give oral evidence to the NCARRB panel on the 4th March 2026.
